Contract manufacturingan ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified organization, we provide precision-engineered laser manufacturing solutions, ranging from design for manufacturability to prototypes to high-volume production of complex parts and products.

Cutting and drilling—our high-precision laser cutting and drilling can produce features as small as 10-50-microns in width, with tolerances as tight as 1-2 microns. Clients frequently request complex geometries with high aspect ratio features such as trenches, wells, arrays, or custom-shaped holes drilled at specific angles, sometimes resulting in micro patterns of hundreds of thousands of holes.

Stripping wireour custom laser stripping systems precisely remove insulation with no contact to the wire, enabling the processing of delicate wire gauges greater than 32 AWG with no damage to the conductor, or leftover residue that can impact performance. With real time inspection monitoring and automated handling, products can be produced at high volumes and cost-effective rates.

Ablation and coating removal—laser ablation processes selectively remove layers of substrate or coatings from precise locations using only laser energy. We remove a wide variety of coating materials, including polymers and metals. For example, the surfaces of drug-eluting balloons can be shaped with lasers to create flow channels for drugs or to provide pathways for electrodes. Laser ablation is also used to correct variable wall thickness or remove material to improve performance parameters, such as flexibility.

Medical balloon manufacturing—medical balloons are critical medical devices that require the highest manufacturing precision and quality. Lasers play a critical role in creating detailed, high-precision balloon features with no thermal damage to the surrounding area.

Product research and development—as OEMs design smaller and more complex products, with more sensitive materials, they collaborate with Laser Light to test out their designs and make them better—sometimes turning innovative prototypes around in a matter of weeks.

Design for manufacturability—we use our technical knowledge and problem-solving expertise at the earliest stages of design and development, including collaborative design consulting, prototyping, design for manufacturability, and manufacturing routing and integration setup.

Clean room processing and packaging—class 100 and class 1000 clean room facilities for proprietary post process cleaning and packaging to prevent contamination after manufacturing.

Inventory management and supply chain management—provides on-site customized inventory management and supply chain management systems that provides a single point of contact for managing downstream vendors, reducing lead time and costs.
